LB # 11

The lesson that I've learned from this topic is that we must always be prepared w/ our Field trip.
Acquisition of lasting concepts and change in attitudes are rooted on concrete and rich experiences. Field trips are opportunities for rich and memorable experiences which are fundamental to learning that lasts. The real world connection is more work but the benefits of broadening teaching beyond textbooks for outweigh the little bit of time it takes from a teacher's schedule. The field trip can nurture curiosity; build a zest for  new experience, and a sense of wonder.
There are advantages in field trip, it can make you see the real things which you cannot see in your classroom. And it gives you the concept on how the real thing would be done. It has also some disadvantages; it is much expensive, it involves logistics, it is extravagant in time and contains an element of uncertainty.
In order that our field trip will  be useful, we should participate well and analyze things.
